The Best Breakfast Ever: I couldn't believe the breakfast spread at this hotel! It was like a food paradise, with a wide range of Vietnamese and Western dishes. I felt like I was in a breakfast heaven, indulging in delicious food and starting my day on a high note.

Miscommunication about Breakfast: The only issue I had during my stay was a miscommunication about the breakfast cost. It would have been great if the receptionist had mentioned that it was not included in the additional fee.

Price/quality ratio, friendliness of staff, location, very clean. Very helpfull local tourist adviser, she knew just about everything we may ask of her and spoke good english. She booked 1 day tour to Ha Long Bay and soft bed tickets to Hue and everything went smoothly. Everybody seemed very friendly and honest.

Staff is not "Ingrish capable", but thats to be expected in Vietnam.

Our stay at the hotel was mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was super clean and spacious with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. We loved the complimentary Wi-Fi in our room and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a variety of options including pancakes, ham, and cheese. The hotel even provided cots for families with young children. The location was perfect, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. We were also impressed with the lift and electric kettle in our room. We cannot wait to stay here again in the future.

My room at the Hanoi Legacy Hotel - Hang Bac was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter. I loved that I could easily walk to restaurants and explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast served in the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Situated in the heart of Old Quarter. Very centralised and convenience. Just 2 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounded by all the shopping streets. Hotel Staffs are all very friendly and mostly can speak and understand English. They are very polite and keen to help. Wifi signal was very good. Room is clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great with Vietnamese and western dishes. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the bustling old quarter. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and pillows, and the balcony offers a lively view of the streets below. The staff are extremely attentive and go above and beyond to make your stay special. The breakfast included in the room rate has a wide variety of tasty options.

No issues, everything was great!

The feeling of being welcome by the md and staff in every aspect. Md is a very pleasant man. Warm greetings and friendliness felt at every corner of the hotel. I had two rooms booked for 4 of us. The rooms are trendy, comfortable, and complete with flatscreen TV. We especially love the shower rooms, fitted with overhead rain shower, handshower and 3 nozzles/sprayers. This is exceptional and unique as most hotel showers are fitted with standard amenities. Although two other friends had recommended some other hotels, I was impressed with the reviews and my friends and I were not disappointed. We fell in love with the hotel when we first stepped into the lobby on arrival. Its location is away from the bustling noise generated by people and traffic within the Old Quarters, hence you are assured of a good night's sleep.

Hotel staff is the best with excellent services. Hotel looks luxury, cleanliness and more comfortable. Location near to walk around the city, see life style of people and easy to shopping. So that's great value of money.
